What are the subscription models offered by Materialliance?

Materialliance offers various subscription models tailored to suit diverse needs: student, starter, professional and enterprise. Whether you are new to the world of knitting or a seasoned professional representing a prominent brand, we have the right solution for you. How can I sign up to your website?

Click on the “Log in” button located in the top right corner of the screen. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email to activate your account. If you don’t receive this email, kindly check your spam folder.

Can I join Materialliance for free?

Yes, Materialliance offers a free subscription package. With this, you can access selected items from our material library, explore our knowledge and glossary pages, and participate in our free events. To get started with our free subscription, sign up here.

What benefits does the enterprise package offer? 

Aimed at companies desiring enhanced team collaboration, the enterprise package extends beyond basic features. Subscribers gain access to our knowledge modules, data reports, analytics tools, an unlimited selection on the marketplace, and the ability to initiate kickstarter projects. Can I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription any time, your content, such as showcases, will stay the same, so will your connection with other users. 

When upgrading to an enterprise account, you’ll be able to add team members, if these users are already members of materialliance their saved content, showcases and connections will stay the same. If these users are not part of materialliance they will receive a notification to sign up when you send them an invite.

Can I downgrade my subscription?

You can downgrade your enterprise, professional and starter package, when you downgrade from an existing plan you will lose access to certain features.

How can I get more information about a sample or product from your library?

You can send us a message to our customer service chat, located at the bottom right corner of your screen, indicating the sample code of the item you want to require information from and your message, or, you can send us an email to mec@santoni.cn with your request.

How can I get more information about a sample or product from a manufacturer or supplier?

You can contact manufacturers or suppliers by going to their profile page and clicking follow, once the other user or company has connected with you, you can send them a message and start your conversation.

How can I connect with other users?

How can I request a swatch or product from your library?

To order a swatch or product, click on the “Request a Sample” button at the top of the properties section, you will be requested to fill-up your information, after this, we will contact you within the next 24 hrs with detailed information about the requested swatch: availability, price and shipment time.

How can I request a textile toolkit?

You can click on the “Contact us” button at the bottom of the page and send us a message about your request. Please indicate which toolkit you are interested in. We will contact you within 24 hrs with detailed information about your order, payment method and shipment time, or, you can send an email to mec@santoni.cn with the same information.

What is the price of a textile toolkit?

Each textile toolkit is €299, and it includes all physical swatches, digital files (for Clo3D), bmp and technical files, as well as a moodboard, inspiration cards, yarn samples and access to our dedicated showcase.

Whom can I talk to about acquiring a seamless or circular machine?

Click on the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page indicating the type of machinery you are interested in (circular, seamless, large diameter or socks), and a specialized consultant will reach out to you within 24 hrs to schedule a detailed consultancy on machinery.

Who can I talk to regarding consultancy services?

If you are interested in our design consultancy services click on the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page with your contact information, indicating that you are interested in our consultancy services, one of our consultants will reach out to you within 24 hrs to schedule a first consultation, or write an email to mec@santonic.cn.

Why should my brand join materialliance?

At materialliance, we enable companies, brands and creators, to connect, learn and create. We support businesses in their expansion by allowing them to promote and sell their products and services with ease. Our unique ecosystem will support you to reach out to key stakeholders in the industry.

What kind of brands can join materialliance?

Any brands related to the knitting, textile and fashion industries are welcome. Either you are an apparel brand, design studio, manufacturer, yarn supplier, finishing supplier, software developer, digitization service supplier, etc. You can be part of our network!

How can I create a company profile?

Company profiles are only available for our enterprise account. To start a enterprise account, click the button “Enterprise” in the top right of the menu. if you have acquired an enterprise account login and got to profile, follow the instructions to fill up your company information. 

How can I promote my brand on your platform?

We have several channels and mediums to promote your brand, either on our platform, social media, events and our biweekly newsletter. Reach out to mec@santoni.cn to know more about our promotion packages.

Does materialliance has a physical space?

Absolutely. Materialliance is integrated within the Material Experience Center by Santoni. We boast a showroom at Santoni Shanghai, where we showcase selected developments open to the public. To schedule a visit, please contact us at mec@santoni.cn.

How can I participate in your events?

Attending our events is straightforward. Simply visit our dedicated events page to sign up for any upcoming events. This page will also inform you of events where Materialliance will feature as a guest.

 

Account and Privacy

How do I reset my password?

Go to your profile and click edit profile on the top ledft side of your header image, click change password. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, please contact our support team at infomec@santoni.cn. Please note that once deleted, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

How does Materialliance handle my data?

We value your privacy. All personal data provided is stored securely and used in compliance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties without your explicit consent.
