SM4-TL2

Four feeds single jersey electrical circular machine with reciprocal movement, two selection points per feed and per rotation sense. It knits single seamless garments for underwear, outerwear, swimwear, sportswear, sanitary ware.

System patented by SANTONI that allows the realization of four feeds of patterns having a high definition and sharpness of the color.

Technical Information

MAXIMUM SPEED: for diameters from 13” to 17” speed factor from 1360 (13” 105 rpm) in one way movement. For diameters from 13” to 17” speed factor from 1170 (13” 90 rpm)

TYPE OF SELECTION: n° 4 actuators with n° 16 levels on each feed (two for both rotation sense).

STRIPPING YARNFINGERS: Each feed 7 yarnfingers at multipositions (Santoni patent).

DIAL JACKS AND YARN CUTTER: Dial vertical movement driven by step by step motor which allows the height variation of the cutter work.

SUCTION SYSTEM: By 2 suction fans or central system. Stitch formation inner tube Ø 150. Garment transfer tube Ø 100 mm.

STITCH CAMS: Stitch formation adjustment by step motors done in an independent way on each feed, with possibility of loop widening, tightening and shading on the same course (Santoni patent). On board garment sizing, adjustable in both cm or inches.

SINKER CUP: Closed track cam circuit with spring-moved presses for stitch compensation.

MAIN KNITTING POSSIBILITIES: Single or double welt carried on with jacks in several selection, elastic yarn can be knitted, floated or inlaid. Envolving 4 feeds on the same course: patterns and/or place reinforcements eliminating cut yarns on the inner side of the garment (typical intarsia), all the already known basic knitting structures as floated, 3 technical ways, sharp pattern, etc.

CREEL: Complete back creel. Option: creel with pneumatic threading or closed creel for cotton kit.

LUBRICATION: Pneumatic pump with oil recycle.

CYLINDER ROTATION: Brushless motor and electronic handwheel for manual control.

ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER: HIE Electronic (High Integration Electronic) with integrated board from Dinema. RAM memory capacity of 10 MB.

MACHINE KEYBOARD: Color Keyboard with monochromatic display backlighted.

PROGRAMMING: Graphic software S.I.S. (Santoni Intarsia System). The programs can be transferred to the machine by net, by cable directly from the PC, by UBS key or by FDU4.
